Dr. Gellman received her Psy.D. in Clinical-School Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in 2011. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Gellman has received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She has provided treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, mood, behavioral and personality disorders in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health clinics, and hospitals. Currently, Dr. Gellman provides individual CBT and DBT and co-leads DBT skills groups for adolescents and adults. Dr. Gellman serves as an Executive Mindfulness Trainer within the Corporate Mindfulness Training Program at CCDBT. She also co-leads CCDBT’s 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course and co-leads mindfulness workshops in various settings.
